About us

Serving Eastern Washington since 2006.

The Inland Northwest Early Learning Alliance is a partnership of regional community leaders who come together virtually each month to collaborate about the early childhood landscape in our 7-county region. We envision a world where all children have access to quality early learning.

Our region

The Inland Northwest Early Learning Alliance serves Ferry, Stevens, Pend Oreille, Lincoln, Spokane, Adams, and Whitman Counties. We are one of ten regional early learning alliances supported by Washington Communities for Children.

Membership & Meetings

The Inland Northwest Early Learning Alliance is a voluntary organization. Members are parents, caregivers, and/or agency and community leaders who have access to the needed skills and capacities to make decisions and champion action. Individuals and organizations are invited to join INWELA based on their specific role in the community and their commitment to INWELA’s mission. Every effort is made to ensure INWELA represents regional, geographic, ethnic, and racial diversity.

INWELA meets on the second Thursday of the month from 3:30 - 5:00 PM and on the fourth Thursday of the month from 9:00 - 10:30 AM. Contact us to learn more or to join a meeting.
