Who we are
INWELA is the state-recognized Regional Early Learning Alliance for Ferry, Stevens, Pend Oreille, Lincoln, Spokane, Adams, and Whitman Counties. We are one of ten regional early learning alliances supported by Washington Communities for Children.
Our work
Alliance efforts focus on on improving local and statewide systems for children and families by connecting community organizations with one another, supporting local projects as identified by families in our region, partnering with state and local agencies and stakeholders, providing regional input for the Early Learning Advisory Council (ELAC), and engaging policymakers on community needs and issues.
